During her Summer 2022 internship with VROC, UCLA MPH Community Health Sciences student Lisa Nguyen conducted research to deepen our understanding of challenges and barriers for LGBTQ+ individuals who are interested in becoming or are parents themselves. Lisa created this pamphlet as a resource to help build and guide VROC’s work in providing community-centered resources, relevant health education, and advocacy recommendations to the local Orange County LGBTQ community.
